Sent previous blog about the introduction of the Apple I-Pad and yes I got one. While some say that since this is not rugged and/or has the ability to be wiped down with disinfectant that it just not make it mainstream into healthcare, perhaps the same could be said about the introduction by Cisco Systems, Inc. The two most important factors to consider here are the "user inferface", and yes can the infrastructure (WLAN), be able to handle data, voice, and video. No doubt with Cisco's focus on telepresence they will push this. With the success of the I-Phone, (3G/4G), no doubt will the I-Pad find it's way into EMR type of applications. Make's the cumbersome Motion Computing Tablet to be boat anchor of the past.

Hey,

Thanks,
James
