Over the past years I have thought about how to create a mobile and secure authentication platform for patient data. A lot of this IP comes from being in the clinical space in the 80’s.
While filing some IP, I ran across this company called BluStor. Over the past few weeks we have had several discussions with Finis Connor Founder and CEO. Integra Systems, Inc., desires to help Finis drive forward in the healthcare vertical as we see multiple applications both inside and outside the four walls of the hospital. We see huge upside potential and look forward to making things happen in a big way.
Connor is a serial entrepreneur having founded Seagate in 1979 and having created the first 5.25 in hard drive in the Macintosh. He later started a company called Connor Peripherals and developed the now common 3.5 inch drive for personal computers. in 1990, Connor Peripherals set a record by reaching $1.337 billion in sales in four years without acquisitions, making it the fastest growing manufacturing start up in U.S. History.
