As the leader in indoor radio planning, www.ibwave.com has just been released, 5.2. This release supports LTE in the form of new maps. Also added is new IP based design signal solutions, improved 3D viewer and much more. LTE maps allows for the evaluation of the coverage and signal quality for LTE. Three new maps are now available for this technology; the RSRP map provides measurement metrics about the signal strength, the RSRQ map gives details about the quality of the signal, and the Overlapping Zones map is used when working with multiple sectors.
I’m surprised no one’s complained about this 80s style software. There are so many things that are wrong with this software, starting with the most basic feature in all softwares, the ability to undo especially when you’ve deleted something that you wish you didn’t. I can’t believe the amount of $$$$ management have spent on this crap! Why would they get this when we’ve got a far better software to use like CAD! It must’ve been a very attractive sales lady.
