This is long overdue
My thanks for the www.draeger.com national and international team that allowed the combined wireless and medical application presentation to be presented with the "first ever clinical, technical, and financial value (ROI)"to really come front and center.
It was these folks behind the scenes (also do not forget MARCOM), that allowed all to work correctly. The credit belongs to them. I was just there.
San Paulo being a city of 21M people was big and could be a little intense (Like any other big city). However, I witnessed the warmth and genuine hospitality of South America. This was unique and they (the local team) went out of their way to ensure a great experience transcending language or culture.
As a side, got to visit Hospital Sirio-Libanes and have a tour of the state of art Telemetry Monitoring Unit by Luis Francisco Cardoso – Superintendente Pacientes Internados Directoria Tecnica Hospitalar
Overview of the final results of HOSPITALAR 2010: International visits increased 22%. Final data of HOSPITALAR 2010 shows that the fair recorded an increase in the number of professional visitors, particulary from abroad. With a total of 89,000 visitors in four days, the general movement was 4% larger than the 2009 edition. In the international area, however, the presence of buyers was 22% larger, representing 54 countries. The HOSPITAL Fair and Forum, held from May 25 to 28 in San Paulo broke it's own records. The event fully occupied the 5 exhibition halls of Expo Center Norte, where 1,250 exhibitors (among which there were 505 foreign companies), showcased what is the most modern in the world in terms of products, equipment and services for healthcare.
