David H. Hoglund is the Principal and Founder of Integra Systems, Inc. www.integrasystems.org. Dave’s core business practices revolves around improvements in mobility communications, work flow and automation process, coupled to productivity through all the aspects of wireless technologies.   Integra Systems, Inc. provides strategic planning for these technologies to ensure the best fit and integration to ensure that the business requirements are met.  This includes but is not limited to business strategic assessments and planning for all those respective device and mobility technologies that will or are wireless enabled in the healthcare environment of today.  

Integra Systems, Inc. has provided services to a variety of companies to include Philips Medical Systems, Welch Allyn, Cardinal Health, Draeger Medical, Siemens Medical, Vocera, and many start-up companies in the wireless space.  Many venture founded companies have sought out our core expertise and the ability to guide them through the right market place analysis and technology direction.  One of the outcomes of some these provided services included the original thought process and design of the first ever shared life critical wireless network over a common non proprietary architecture from Drager Medical. This unique enterprise solution has been deployed both internationally and domestically.

David H. Hoglund has over 28 years of experience in the medical device and wireless environment, to include both the enterprise, clinical, and the point of care space. Areas of expertise include WMTS, 802.11a/b/g/n, mesh, cellular, PCS, Public Safety (DAS), BAS (Building Automation), RFLS, Auto ID, RFID, predictive RF modeling, the FDA PMA process, and simulation modeling for technology deployment.

Dave has spoken at www.aami.orgfor the past five years,  and www.tepr.com , www.himms.org and nationwide at many of the regional www.aami.orgmeetings.  Further Dave has been published with www.aami.org, www.himms.org., various RFID organization journals, and most recently with www.ieee.org.
